The following terms and conditions are applicable for orders sent by private customers. For commercial buyers all terms and conditions stated below are applicable except for the Distance Selling Right.
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (of your country) unless you are from an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised.
Customers purchasing from a country of the EU will pay the price advertised + shipping costs. Customers purchasing from a country outside the European Union will be charged for the item without VAT and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may apply to the merchandise sent. Customs determines these charges, and Dagmar Heinrich is not aware of those charges and cannot make an estimation of these charges in advance.
If you are a customer from outside the Eurozone, the purchase price will be calculated with the applicable exchange rate. Any banking charges for money transfers are payed for by the customer.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email confirms that the item is available and your order has been accepted.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and dheinrich will be completed once we confirm by email the goods are available. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Hamburg/ Wedel , Germany and the language of the contract is either in English or German.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the legal terms and conditions.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing of the order has begun.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items that have not been payed for after 5 working days of an order confirmation will no longer be reserved and may be purchased by other customers unless otherwise agreed. dheinrich offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Occasionally the site might not have been updated and an item shown being available for sale on the website might have been sold out ( in particular while we are on tour with the collection). In these circumstances we will notify you immediately by email and advise you that the merchandise is no longer available.
First time customers may not exceed an order of three items.
Orders will be shipped within one or two days of receipt of payment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, not including bank holidays, pending receipt of payment. The ordered merchandise normally arrives within 1-6 days from the date the order is sent. The shipping costs are not included in the product price. Regular shipping via UPS Standard within Germany is free of charge, UPS next day delivery is €25 per shipment. If not stated differently in the order form, regular shipping will be used to ship goods. Products will be shipped directly from Germany by UPS. PARCELS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. International orders may take longer and are subject to different shipping costs.
IMPORTANT – If a shipment is returned to dheinrich because the buyer did not claim it, Dagmar Heinrich is not held responsible and does not resend the merchandise.
Dagmar Heinrich is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your shipment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancelling your order under the Distance Selling Regulations
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel the order, only if you sent a written notice to email@example.com within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue a full refund, excluding the shipping costs. You will have to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition,with the orignal labelling and sealing ribbon. The sealing ribbon guarantees the unused status of the item and shall not be removed until the customer is sure to keep the item. Once the seal has been removed the item will not be accepted as a return und no refund will be issued. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise and once the original condition is ensured. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, no refund is issued. Please note, that you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 5 working days of receiving the order, by email or post as described above,
Items should be returned unused and with all garment tags and sealing ribbon still attached. Returns, with no sealing ribbon and items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occured , such as items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Returns of faulty goods can be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Acceptable reasons for any returns are the following:
-manufacturing defects – – fabric defects – wrong article, color or size as to the order placed,
Customers must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating their name and invoice number within 2 working days of receiving the merchandise if they are requesting to return faulty goods. We will email you instructions on how to return the product.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs, but no custom charges.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on dheinrich.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
